The First One's On Me
The foundations of the work I do rely on a good relationship between myself and the people I work with. Therefore, I think it is only fair that I offer a free 30-minute consultation where you can get a feel for the way that I work and the type of support I could offer. In this consultation, we would spend time getting to know each other, discuss potential area where my services could be of use, and see whether we both feel positive about working together.
Who Am I?
Based in the West Midlands, UK, I am a practitioner psychologist specialising in sport, exercise, and performance. I work with a range of clients, not just in sport but in many performance-focused environments, seeking to both enhance performance and wellbeing
I am currently completing a professional doctorate in sport and exercise psychology, accredited by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I am registered with and undertake supervised practice through the British Psychological Society (BPS). Therefore, all my work is credibly informed and follows a scientific and evidence-based approach.
The approach I adopt in my practice is that of a holistic one. That is, I believe nothing happens in a vacuum, and we as people function within highly complex social and organisational environments. Therefore, when working with clients I take a meticulous approach to exploring and understanding all factors and influences that may have an effect on our area of focus.
